Quick symptom check
Could a medical weight-management consultation be useful?
Answer three short questions for an indication of the next sensible step. This is not a diagnosis and it cannot confirm that treatment is suitable.
Are you living with overweight or obesity and concerned about its effect on your health, mobility or everyday life?
Have you tried changes to food, activity or other support but found it difficult to achieve or maintain progress?
Are you under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, planning pregnancy, or currently experiencing severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting?
How it works
Clinician-led weight management in four clear steps.
Your clinician has the time and information needed to make a safe decision. An assessment does not guarantee treatment.
Tell us about you
Complete a secure assessment covering symptoms, history, medicines and allergies.
Meet your clinician
Speak privately by video and answer any questions needed to understand the full picture.
Understand your plan
Discuss suitable options, likely benefits, important risks and alternatives.
Stay supported
Review progress, tolerance and side effects, and adjust the plan only when clinically appropriate.
Health assessment
Health checks only when they inform safe treatment.
Before weight-management medicine is considered, the clinician reviews your weight history, health conditions, medicines and risk factors. Measurements or blood tests may be requested when needed to assess suitability or establish a baseline.
Your clinical team
Clinicians who listen before they recommend.
An appropriately qualified UK-registered clinician will review your assessment and decide whether online medical weight management is appropriate for you.
Clinical standards
A recommendation you can understand.
Good weight-management care means being clear when treatment may be suitable—and equally clear when testing, referral or in-person care is the safer next step.
Important to know
Safe care includes knowing when not to treat online.
Some medical histories, medicines and symptoms need investigation before weight-management treatment can be considered.
- Weight-management medicine is not suitable for everyone.Suitability depends on factors such as age, BMI, weight-related health risks, medical history, current medicines and pregnancy plans.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding matter.Weight-management medicines are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and pregnancy plans should be discussed before treatment.
- Side effects need monitoring.Persistent vomiting, dehydration or severe abdominal pain requires prompt clinical advice and may need urgent assessment.
- Online care has limits.A physical examination, specialist referral or urgent care may be the right next step.
Transparent pricing
Know the cost before you book.

Start your assessmentCommon questions
Before your consultation.
Clear answers to common questions before starting medical weight-management care.
Does an assessment guarantee treatment?
No. Your clinician recommends treatment only when it is clinically appropriate. Further questions, tests, referral or face-to-face care may be needed.
Will I need measurements or blood tests?
It depends on your health history and the treatment being considered. The clinician may request weight and height, blood pressure or relevant blood tests to assess suitability and create a safe baseline.
Does medicine replace diet and physical activity?
No. When medicine is suitable, it should be used alongside a balanced reduced-calorie eating pattern, physical activity and ongoing behavioural support that fits your health and circumstances.
Will my GP be informed?
Sharing relevant information with your GP can support safe, joined-up care. The consultation process should explain how information is handled and when communication is recommended.
What if online care is not suitable?
Your clinician should explain why and guide you towards the right next step, such as your GP, a specialist, urgent care or a physical examination.
